System Requirements

• All Google Chromecast devices are supported along with built-in TV Chromecasts.

Although casting by Google Chromecast is supported, Apple Airplay is not supported.

How to Cast to a TV 

The Google Chromecast device allows you to stream and cast content from your mobile device or computer onto another screen or monitor. Please confirm that you have the minimum system requirements before attempting to log in to Screener Passport for casting.

1. Make sure your Chromecast device is installed and ready to go!
2. Connect the HDMI cable from the Google Chromecast device to any HDMI input on your TV or monitor.
3. Plug the Chromecast power cord or adapter into a nearby outlet.
4. Log in to Screener Passport on any computer, android device, or iOS app. 
5. The device you are using to cast from will need to be on Wi-Fi (no VPN) and on the same network as your Google Chromecast device.

How to Cast from a Web Browser Player (Google Chrome only)

1. From a computer (desktop or laptop), open Google Chrome and log in to the site from which you wish to cast. (Click here if you need more information on how to log in).
2. Find and click on the three dots in the top right hand corner of your window or screen.
3. Find and click on Save and Share.   
   
4. Find and click on the Cast Symbol .
   
5. Find and select the name that has been assigned to your Google Chromecast device. You should start seeing the film or video on the screen that is connected to your Chromecast device.               
     

How to Cast from an Android Device

Android devices can access screeners using the Google Chrome browser. Please use steps for casting via the Web Browser (Only on Google Chrome).

How to Cast from an iOS App

1. Log in to the Screeners iOS App.
2. Navigate to the screener you want to cast. 
3. Locate and click on the Chromecast symbol in the top right hand corner of your screen.
         
4. You should see a list of available devices.
   
5. Find and select the name that has been assigned to your Google Chromecast device.
6. Play or start the screener. You should start seeing the film or video on the screen that is connected to your Chromecast device.
