No Video or No Audio

If you are experiencing any playback issues, please confirm that your system meets the minimum requirements for streaming.

No Audio or Sound

  • Check to make sure your browser, device, and/or speakers, are not on mute
  • Check your volume settings to ensure the sound is loud enough or at a good level for streaming.
  • Check your audio output settings. Confirm that the sound, from the content being streamed on our platform, is transmitting to the correct device.


No Video (Black Screen)

  • We recommend that you have at least a 5Mbps internet connection to stream screeners. You can test your connection speed by going to www.fast.com.
  • If your connection is less than 5Mbps or the number (#Mbps) fluctuates, please check your network or internet connection. You will need a stable internet connection for streaming.
  • If your connection is at 5Mbps or higher, please try these troubleshooting steps.
