How to Install the Screener Passport Movies App

1. From the home screen, select the Apple App Store.
2. In the App Store, search for Screener Passport Movies
3. Select Get to start the installation.
4. Select Open or select the Screener Passport icon on the Home screen.
5. Proceed to Activate Your Apple TV.

How to Update the Screener Passport Movies App

Already installed? If the app is installed and you are experiencing issues, you may have updates to download.

1. Open the Apple App Store.
2. Search for Screener Passport Movies and select it.
3. If an update is available, click on "UPDATE".

How to Activate Your Apple TV

1. If you have not already completed the First Time Setup to submit a password, please do so before continuing. Unique code accounts do not need to do a first-time setup.
2. Launch the Screener Passport Movies app on your Apple TV.
3. Confirm that you see an 8 digit alphanumeric code on the Apple TV and leave this open or write down the activation code.
4. On a browser from a different device (laptop/desktop/phone/tablet), go to https://movies.screenerpassport.com/activate and enter the 8 digit code from your Apple TV screen. If you are already on the site, you can locate "Activate Apple TV" at the top right hand corner of the page.                                                   
   
                                                         
5. If you are already logged in and in your Library, please locate the "Menu" button at the top right hand corner of the page; click on "Activate Apple TV" to enter your 8 digit activation code (from your Apple TV).                                  
6. If you are not logged in already, it will then prompt you to enter your login credentials.
   
                    
7. Select Agree to accept the terms.
8. You will then be taken to your Library of screeners.
9. Once you have successfully activated your Apple TV, you can click on any title and press Play to start streaming screeners! You will only need to activate your Apple TV once.

How to Change Accounts

If you have already logged in to Screener Passport Movies but do not see your screeners, you may need to log out of the current account and reactivate your device for your new account, please see your invitation email for account details. 

1. Launch the Screener Passport Movies app on your Apple TV.
2. Click on Activate different account, located at the bottom of the login page on your Apple TV.
        

            

3. Select OK to continue.
   
             
4. The Apple TV will provide a new activation code.
5. On a browser from a different device (laptop/desktop/phone/tablet), go to https://movies.screenerpassport.com/activate and enter the 8-digit code from your Apple TV screen.
    

                           

6. If you are not logged in already, it will then prompt you to enter the login credentials of the new account you would like to link.
   
                            

How to Turn on Closed Captioning

1. Log in to the app and start or play a screener.

2. With your Apple TV remote, scroll over until the speech bubble is highlighted with a white circle and click on it (first option on the bottom right-hand corner of the player).

                             

3. A list of languages will appear under Subtitles.

                                                              

4. Scroll and click on your preferred language. Once there is a checkmark next to your language of choice, you can click anywhere on the screen to get back to the video.

5. To turn off the closed captioning, Follow steps 1-3. Scroll down and click "Off".

How to Turn on Audio Descriptions

1. Log in to the app and start the screener.
2. With your Apple TV remote, scroll over until the bars (next to the speech bubble) is highlighted with a white circle and click on it (second option on the bottom right hand corner of the player).
                               
3. A box will appear for Audio Track. Click on the referred language (If there is no track available it will say so).
                               
4. You can click anywhere on the screen to get back to the video. You should start hearing the audio descriptions during streaming!
