How to Install the Screener Passport Movies App

You can download the Screener Passport Movies app from the Apple App Store or follow the instructions below.

1. Open the Apple App Store.
2. Select Search.
3. Type Screener Passport Movies in the search bar and tap the search button.
4. Select the Screener Passport Movies search result.
5. Select Get or tap the Cloud icon.
6. Tap Open or tap on the Screener Passport Movies icon from the home screen.
7. Enter your login credentials (see invitation email for details) to access screeners and start streaming!

How to Update the Screener Passport Movies App

Already installed? If the app is installed and you are experiencing issues, you may have updates to download.

1. Open the Apple App Store.
2. Click on the profile icon in the top right.
3. Scroll until you see the Screener Passport Movies app.
4. If there is an update available, click on "UPDATE".

How to Log in to Screener Passport Movies

Please see our section on login credentials if you are unsure of which type of account you have.

Log in with Unique Code:

1. Launch the Screener Passport Movies app.
2. Select "Log in with your Unique Code".
   
3. Enter your unique code.
   
4. Click LOG IN.

Log in with Email:

1. If you are a new member and have not already completed the  First Time Setup, to submit a password, please do so before moving on to the next step. Unique code accounts do not need to do an account registration.
2. Launch the Screener Passport Movies app on your iOS device.
3. Enter your Email and Password. (If Unique Code is showing, click on "Log in with your email")
4. Click LOG IN.

How to Play a Screener

1. After logging in, select a screener.
2. Click the play symbol  and accept terms to start streaming.

                                              

How to Turn on Closed Captioning or Subtitles

1. Launch the app and start or play a screener.
2. Find and click on the Subtitles option, located at the bottom right hand corner of the player.
   
                                                                                                                 
3. Scroll and click on your preferred language. Once there is a check mark next to the language you want, you can click anywhere on the screen to get the screener back.
   
                                 
4. To turn off the closed captioning, follow steps 1-3. Scroll down and click Off.
   
                                  

How to Turn on Audio Descriptions

1. Log in to the app and start the screener.
2. Find and click on the Audio button, located at the bottom right hand corner of the player.
                     
                                                                
3. Click on the language to which you would like to listen. In the case of Audio Description, it will likely say English AD. Once there is a check mark next to English AD, you can click off the menu to get back to video. You should start hearing the descriptions while streaming.
   
                                                   
                                     
4. To turn off audio descriptions, follow steps 1-3 and click on the language listed under English AD.

How to Filter by Category

1. After logging in and accepting terms, you will be redirected to the Category page. If there is more than one category, select the preferred category to access screeners.
                                   
                                               
2. After selecting a category, you will see the Screeners list or Library. You can sort the titles by Grid or List view by clicking the top-right icon shown below
