Please note that audio descriptions are only available if the studios provide them.
Please check our list of supported devices below for steps on how to turn on and off audio descriptions.

- Log in to the site and start the screener.
- Click on the headphones symbol (for Audio Descriptions) located at the bottom right of the player window (third icon on the right).

- A list of language options for audio descriptions should pop up.

- Select the preferred language for audio descriptions. Once the option is highlighted in blue, the audio descriptions in the selected language should take effect.
- Log in to the app and start the screener.
- With your Apple TV remote, scroll over until the bars (next to the speech bubble) is highlighted with a white circle and click on it (second option on the bottom right hand corner of the player).

- A box will appear for Audio Track. Click on qen or a preferred language (If there is no track available it will say so).

- You can click anywhere on the screen to get back to the video. You should start hearing the audio descriptions during streaming!
- Log in to the app and start the screener.
- Find and click on the three horizontal dots, located at the bottom right hand corner of the player.

- Click on Languages.

- Click on qen. Once there is a check mark next to qen, you can click off the menu to get back to video. You should start hearing the descriptions while streaming.
- To turn off audio descriptions, follow steps 1-3 and click on the language listed under qen.
You can only turn on audio descriptions during streaming.
- Log in to the appropriate channel and start playing the screener.
- Bring up your options by pressing the asterisk "*", or star button on the remote.
- Scroll down and click on Accessibility & captions.
- Scroll down and click on Audio track.
- If there is an audio description available, click on the option that has AD.
Streaming on android devices is only supported through the Google Chrome web browser. Please follow steps for the Web Browser on how to turn on and off audio descriptions.
