The phone number for the 2FA enabled account is set up based on the information provided to us by the Studios.
- If you did not receive your 2-factor authentication (2FA) code please try "Resend Code" or "Call Me Instead".
- If you are still not receiving the 2FA Code, it is possible that the code is going to an incorrect phone number. Please contact us by live chat (during support hours) or email at support@visionmedia.com so we can assist in double-checking or making adjustments.
- If your account is locked due to too many 2FA attempts, please contact us by live chat (during support hours) or email at support@visionmedia.com so we can unlock your account and verify the number on file.
