Why are the video player controls distorted?
The video player controls might appear distorted, enlarged (zoomed in), or is missing certain options if the web page fails to sync or load correctly (potentially due to recent changes).
Hard Refresh
Performing a hard refresh (while on the site) is recommended to fix this problem, as it clears the cache and outdated data specifically for that session or web page.
Windows OS:
- Confirm that you are on the screening site's web page.
- On your keyboard HOLD down ctrl then press F5.
- This should have refreshed the data and cleared cache only on the specific web page that you are on.
- Please (log in again if needed) try to play a screener.
- Check to see if the video player controls are back to regular size (See image below).
MAC OS:
- Confirm that you are on the screening site's web page.
- On your keyboard HOLD down Cmd and Shift (at the same time), then press R.
- This should have refreshed the data and cleared cache only on the specific web page that you are on.
- Check to see if the video player controls are back to regular size (See image below).
